After an expansion of my business brand, I quickly became aware of my social media deficits. I knew to start fresh with the correct process would be more effective than correcting mistakes. Tweets, as we know are hard to rescind. As a consistent follower of Danielle’s, it seemed obvious to hire her to assist with the development of my social media platforms. What was not, is the depth and breath of her comprehensive communications knowledge, INCLUDING social media.

Danielle has long standing, extensive, senior level experiences in multiple industries, providing her with a unique perspective on accessing exactly HOW to create success, across multiple platforms and the coordination into a comprehensive marketing program.

Her spirited attitude and comprehensive skill set is keeping me focused on key priorities and I believe my course corrections, relative to factors under my control, will be minimal, thanks to Danielle.

Richard Montgomery

Filmmaker. Content Creator, Brand Marketer and Social Media Architect

October 6, 2016, Richard worked with Danielle in different groups

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with Danielle Ricks on several video and social media projects. She is proven to be an expert in developing, planning and managing several social media platforms, live streaming, and new media content curation. Most recently, Danielle Ricks Productions and I partnered to provide support two events for WHUR FM radio, Washington DC’s original black, urban, adult contemporary radio station.

She provided social media content curation and live streaming for the Steve Harvey Dream Academy whose mission is to unlock potential in African American youth through inspirational leaders.

She also managed the social media efforts for the WHUR’s “For the Love Of Grandma Virginia” – A Home Makeover from Bob’s Furniture. You may remember Ms. McLaurin. She became a national sensation as she danced with joy as she met President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle at the White House. Danielle managed the social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and supported the Facebook LIVE streaming during the dedication ceremony to raise awareness about the efforts that WHUR-FM does in the African-American community.

Danielle and I also worked together on the “Digital Media Mavens present a Reporters Roundtable” with White House correspondent and other Influencers. The event was live streamed to raise awareness about the issues that are most pressing to the Baltimore, MD African-American community.

Danielle is always on the cutting edge of technology and uses social media and new media to educate and inform the public about those issues of interest to the African-American community and the American cultural community as a whole.
